Mowvista stands behind eligible products sold through mowvista.shop/. This Warranty Policy describes our 2-Year Limited Warranty.
1. Warranty period
Eligible products are covered against qualifying manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the documented delivery date. Coverage applies to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
2. Covered use
This warranty applies to normal residential use in accordance with the product manual, warnings, maintenance schedule, and intended purpose. Commercial, professional, institutional, or rental use is excluded unless the product page or a separate written warranty expressly states that such use is covered.
3. What the warranty covers
After inspection and approval, the warranty covers defects that existed because of faulty materials or workmanship. Depending on the product, a qualifying defect may involve a structural component, electrical component, motor or engine component, drive component, control, or other non-consumable part.
4. What the warranty does not cover
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or routine maintenance;
- Consumable or wear parts such as blades, belts, chains, cutting lines, tires, filters, spark plugs, batteries with a separately stated warranty, lubricants, and similar items, unless the part itself had a qualifying manufacturing defect at delivery;
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, collision, overloading, improper operation, or use outside the stated specifications;
- Incorrect assembly, installation, adjustment, transport, storage, fuel, oil, charging, cleaning, or maintenance;
- Rust, corrosion, weather exposure, water intrusion, fire, freezing, natural disaster, pests, or environmental conditions;
- Unauthorized modification, altered safety devices, incompatible accessories, or repair by an unauthorized person;
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function, including scratches, fading, or dents occurring after delivery;
- Damage from contaminated or incorrect fuel, fluids, voltage, charging equipment, or power supply;
- Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers; or
- Incidental expenses such as fuel, routine maintenance, equipment rental, landscaping services, lost time, or loss of use, except where the law requires otherwise.
5. Making a warranty claim
Contact support@mowvista.shop during the warranty period and provide:
- Your name, contact details, order number, and delivery date;
- The product name, model, and serial number, when applicable;
- A detailed description of the issue and when it began;
- Clear photographs or video showing the product and issue; and
- Any troubleshooting or maintenance information we reasonably request.
Do not ship, disassemble, or take the product to a repair provider until we give written instructions. We may first offer safe troubleshooting steps or request additional evidence.
6. Inspection and remedy
We may require inspection by Mowvista, a supplier, or an authorized service provider. If the claim is approved, we will choose a reasonable remedy—repair, replacement of a defective part, replacement of the product with the same or a comparable product, or a refund—subject to applicable law. Replacement products or parts may be new or functionally equivalent.
We will provide shipping or service instructions for an approved claim. Costs incurred without prior authorization may not be reimbursed. A repaired or replaced product remains covered for the longer of the remainder of the original warranty period or any minimum period required by law.
7. Proof of purchase and maintenance
Proof of purchase from mowvista.shop/ is required. Keep the order confirmation, serial number, maintenance records, and receipts for required servicing or parts. Failure to perform required maintenance may affect coverage when it caused or contributed to the defect.
8. Other warranties and legal rights
A product may include a separate manufacturer or component warranty. Where applicable, we may help direct you to that process. This limited warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have additional rights under state or federal law. We do not exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
