These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mowvista.shop/ and purchases from Mowvista. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Eligibility and account responsibilities

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract and use the website only for lawful purposes. If you create an account, you are responsible for accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

3. Product information

We aim to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, availability, pricing, and images. Colors, dimensions, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly because of displays, production updates, or photography. Verify that a product is suitable for your intended use, property, power supply, fuel requirements, and local rules before ordering or operating it.

Product manuals, warnings, maintenance schedules, and safety instructions form an important part of the product information. Read and follow them before assembly or use. Never allow a child or unqualified person to operate equipment.

4. Prices, taxes, and errors

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and any optional service charges are shown during checkout. We may correct typographical, pricing, description, or availability errors before accepting an order. If a correction materially affects an order, we will contact you and allow cancellation where appropriate.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean we have accepted the order. We may verify payment, inventory, delivery information, quantity, fraud signals, and compliance before acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory error, incorrect pricing, delivery restrictions, resale activity, or legal requirements. If we cancel after collecting payment, we will issue the required refund.

6. Payment

Payment is due when the order is placed. Available methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, as shown at checkout. 7. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free on eligible orders. Normal processing is 1–3 business days and estimated transit after dispatch is 5–8 business days. Estimates are not guarantees. Delivery details, address responsibilities, freight shipments, delays, and damaged packages are governed by our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Customer-paid return shipping normally applies to change-of-mind returns; we cover authorized return shipping for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Orders may be cancelled only before shipment, as explained in our Order Cancellation Policy.

9. Warranty

Eligible products are covered by our 2-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, subject to the Warranty Policy and any product-specific terms. The warranty does not cover normal wear, consumables, misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, unauthorized changes, or commercial or rental use unless expressly stated.

10. Safe and lawful use

You are responsible for assembly, installation, operation, transport, storage, and maintenance in accordance with the product manual and applicable laws. Use appropriate protective equipment and keep safety guards in place. Do not use a product while impaired or in an unsafe environment. Some equipment may require professional assembly, permits, registration, or compliance with emissions, noise, fire, or local land-use rules.

11. Acceptable website use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape or access the service through unauthorized automated means, impersonate another person, submit false information, infringe intellectual property, conduct fraud, or use the website in violation of law. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, customers, or our rights.

12. Intellectual property

The website and its original text, graphics, logos, layout, photographs, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to Mowvista and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the website for lawful shopping and account purposes. No ownership rights are transferred.

13. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, image, or other content, it must be truthful, lawful, relevant, and based on your genuine experience. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display it for operating and promoting the store. Do not submit confidential information or content belonging to someone else.

14. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party payment, delivery, mapping, social, or other services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites or their content.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Product warranties are limited to those expressly provided in our Warranty Policy or by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mowvista will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the website or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, except where a different remedy is required by law. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot legally be limited.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This provision does not apply to the extent a loss was caused by Mowvista.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Any court proceeding may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Colorado, except that consumer law may give you the right to proceed elsewhere. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court when eligible.

19. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date. The Terms in effect when an order is accepted generally govern that order. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue.
